Dining Services RFP Process
Taylor University, (Upland, IN), retained SSG in 2022 to manage a campus dining RFP process. The process consisted of a student needs assessment and a comprehensive review of the campus dining program. Programs and dining venues included were: resident dining, retail food court, and campus catering. Several national and regional contractors were selected to propose on the Taylor contract. The project was successfully completed, on time and on budget, with the new contractor scheduled to begin service around June 1, 2022

Contractor Transition
As a result of the successful RFP Project, managed by Support Service Group, Taylor University elected to retain SSG to assist in the transition from Taylor's long-term service provider to a new company. SSG will assist Taylor and the new contractor achieve a smooth and orderly transition of dining services contractors.
